Our impact days

Overview and main learning outcomes:

This impact day is ultimately about utilising an existing school allotment to inspire young people about plant sciences and helping them to understand, and indeed appreciate, how plants grow and therefore how they produce food for us to eat. The key learning outcomes from the impact day is for young people to leave feeling ‘wowed’ by how plants grow and also significantly more mindful of how nature produces food for us. These impact days would be delivered during the month of July.
